Monster Trucks Wiki

Troy DuBose is a former driver out of Little Rock, Arkansas. He briefly competed in Monster Jam, serving as a teammate to Brian Barthel before Barthel's retirement.

Career[]

DuBose began driving in July 2004, debuting in Hagerstown behind the wheel of Ragin' Steel, touring with former world racing champion Brian Barthel. DuBose got two television appearances at the first shows of the 2005 season. He drove Ameriquest Freedom in Montreal as a fill-in for Chad Fortune and Ragin' Steel again in Minneapolis.

At the start of 2005, DuBose was placed into Total Chaos, a new truck under Little Tiger Racing. DuBose ran Total Chaos in arena shows as well as a stadium appearance in Miami through the season, still touring with Barthel. However, DuBose's time in Total Chaos would be cut short as Barthel retired at the end of February before the season concluded. He would go on to be nominated for the Rookie of the Year Award, but lost out to Dan Rodoni. DuBose then quietly retired from the industry himself after a short spell.

Trivia[]
