Travis Alan Pastrana (Born October 8th, 1983) is an American stunt performer out of Annapolis, Maryland. He has won championships & X Games gold medals in several events, including supercross, motocross, freestyle motocross, NASCAR & rally racing. In terms of monster trucks, he created Pastrana 199 and drove Nitro Circus in its first and last Monster Jam events. He has also appeared in a 2018 episode of Ballers.
Monster truck career[]
Travis unsuccessfully attempted a backflip in the Nitro Circus monster truck on his TV show of the same name, in the fifth episode of season 1 titled "Hell Compound".
At World Finals X, Nitro Circus made its official competition debut under Travis during the freestyle competition, replacing Pastrana 199, which had ran during racing & was driven by Cam McQueen for the first part of the event. Travis finished in fifth place with a score of 26.
In 2011, Travis would return to drive the truck again at its final show in Baltimore.
In 2012, he appeared in Nitro Circus: The Movie.
In 2025, he was seen at the World Finals in Salt Lake City.
