The Felon is/was a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado monster truck owned by Double Action Motorsports and originally created and driven by Mark Schroeder. The truck served as an alter-ego to Devastator and ran on the exact same chassis. Mark would rotate between the two bodies every season.

2006[]
The truck debuted in Lacrosse, Wisconsin at Lacrosse Speedway in August, with Mark behind the wheel.
2016[]
The truck would place 3rd in freestyle behind Grave Digger and Wild Flower in 2016's Glendale January show.
2020[]
The truck would be sold to Double Action Motorsports, however the truck has not been seen since as it runs as Devastator. A new chassis planned to be built for it.
2024[]
The truck ran as T-Rex for Monster Truck Wars events.

- For unknown reasons, in Monster Jam Path of Destruction, The Felon is the only truck to not be labeled by its actual name when the player selects it, as Scott Douglass labels it as "Our Challenger".
- The bumper reads "Convicted of Mass Devastation." This is a reference to Devastator.
