Ryan Vargas is the driver of El Toro Loco. He made his debut in Spokane, Washington on October 17 in 2025. At show 2, he would win his first overall event championship. He also competed in Hampton, Virginia on November 1-2, where he got his first competition win, which would be racing at show 1.
Ryan also competes part-time in NASCAR.
