Obsession was a Ford truck run by Scott Hartsock and driven by Steve Reynolds and Glen Logan. He temporarily ran it for Rick Swanson, as an alternate version of the existing Obsession from 2004-2005. The chassis was formerly Ragin Steel from 2002-2003. The truck ran primarily in Midwest and East coast events, where Swanson's Obsession generally did not tour, in order to campaign the name in new locations across the country.
History[]
- 2004- Obsession made its debut in 2004, with Steve Reynolds driving the truck. The truck made a notable appearance in Atlanta, where Reynolds would reach the final round of racing before being defeated by Dennis Anderson and Grave Digger 19. The truck would also run as Bubba in Tampa, 2004.
- 2005- Obsession would return for a second season. The only difference to the truck was that Glen Logan became the primary driver of the truck for this season. The truck was retired before the Monster Jam World Finals 6 in March, becoming a display Gunslinger with a Chevrolet body. By 2006, the truck would officially become Cowboy.
