Mud Slinger was a Jeep CJ-5 monster truck owned by Rick Busca out of Frankfort, Illinois. The truck debut in 1985.
The first Mud Slinger was basically a lifted and modified CJ-5. It started with 48 inch tires, but later sported 66 inch tires. It is featured briefly in the background in the opening scenes of Twisters Revenge.
Mud Slinger 2 was a custom built stretched frame with an elongated hood. It was sold to Steve Hearly and it became Frightmare, Jailbreak, and then Dragona.
