Monster Trucks Unlimited is a monster truck team that operates out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Stone Crusher[]
Stone Crusher was created in 2005 after Steve Sims purchased the original Backdraft chassis from Rick Disharoon. He would then hire Gary Wiggins, the driver of the original Mopar Magic, to drive the truck, as they both shared driving duties throughout the 2005 season. Steve made his first World Finals appearance in 2008 & his last in 2015. As of 2024, Steve does certain independent shows.
Hooked[]
Hooked debuted on May 13th, 2012, at Monsters on the Beach in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with Steven Sims behind the wheel. In 2017, the truck debuted the Chevrolet Silverado body style that still runs to this day. Bryan Wright would then start driving, along with Chad Tingler & now Frank Krmel.
