Monster Jam Creatures is the name given to a merchandise line run by Monster Jam, being a line of caricatures and artwork used in merchandise, show signs, and even the doors of UTV's and ATV's at events. The caricatures feature the trucks personified as the monster or creature they are based on.

History

• 2002- Some of the earliest creature characters are created.
• 2004- Grave Digger's Grim character is created, causing the popularity of "Creature art" to boost.
• 2007- More caricatures are created of other trucks.
• 2015- The name Monster Jam Creatures is officially coined, and started.
• 2018- The license is renewed.
• 2020- Two of the Creatures are given new names, Max-D's character name (originally and formerly the "Creator of Chaos") was switched to "Maximus". Pirates Curse's Creature received the new name "Captain Black". Spin-Master releases a wave of Monster Jam Creatures Packs, which include an incarnation of the trucks creature, and an action figure.

Trivia

• Beware of the Junkyard Dog's character was later intended to be the first version of the Monster Mutt creature. This was later changed, and the Beware of the Junkyard Dog creature was scrapped.
• Black Smith's character was originally meant to be on the truck. This was never done for unknown reasons.
• The skeleton creature from Captain's Curse was later used to be the current creature for Pirate's Curse.
• Like Captain's Curse, the Spitfire/Dragon's Breath creature would later become the Dragon creature, but recolored (changing from black skin to green skin, and a change from red horns to orange horns).
