The truck made its debut with Steven Hill driving. At the time, the truck was run with a Dodge Ram body style.
2009[]
The truck received a new body style, being a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado.
That same year, the chassis was used for Army.
2013[]
The truck received a new paint scheme.
2014[]
The truck was sold and became the second Radical Motion.
