Mechanical Mischief is a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado monster truck owned and driven by Josh Baumgartner out of Litchfield, Minnesota. It was originally owned and driven by Jim Burns out of Rockford, Illinois from its debut in 2008 up until his retirement in 2017.

History[]

2008[]

Mechanical Mischief debuted on January 11th with Jim Burns behind the wheel. At the time of its creation, the truck originally featured a blue and red paint scheme, which was used until 2010, when a new paint scheme made by SteelSkinz, featuring a blue diamond plate wrap and gears flowing across the side panels. Another new paint scheme would debut the following year.

2017[]

The truck competed primarily on Monster Jam Arena Championship Series 5, but would also compete in select shows in Stadium Championship Series 4 in Detroit and Minneapolis, as well as the St. Louis event of Stadium Championship Series 3. After the first quarter, Burns retired from driving and sold the entire operation to Josh Baumgartner.

After Baumgartner acquired full ownership of Mechanical Mischief, the truck began competing in various monster truck events. It would also continue to run its current design until 2020, when the truck received a new one, complete with an updated Chevrolet Silverado body style.

2024[]

The truck began running as Bigfoot, which debuted in Ada, Oklahoma. The truck also received a brand-new chassis. Later, the truck would receive a throwback design based off of the truck's original scheme. The truck is added to the mobile game Monster Truck Destruction.
