Lloyd Randolph Massey (September 28th, 1987 - March 11th, 2016) was the president and announcer of WGAS Motorsports out of Portland, Oregon. He was known for his cheerful announcing and jokes. He was hired by John Borba after he saw Lloyd ecstatically announcing a tap dancing performance at a country fair. Lloyd was a tap dancer and even appeared on America’s Got Talent. He died after being struck by a car on March 11, 2016.
