Kevin King (Born February 23rd, 1981) is a monster truck owner & driver out of Waycross, Georgia. He was best known for driving Strait Jacket and Fluffy. He also owned Space Force 1. He also the host of the annual Red, White & Vroom event (since 2012) in his backyard.

Career[]

Before getting into monster trucks, Kevin competed in Pro Mud Truck Racing – NMRO Class 3 from 2002-2006.

In 2007, he made his monster truck debut, driving Sudden Impact in Hampton, Virginia in November.

In 2OO8, he would continue to drive Sudden Impact for some time.

In 2009, Kevin bought the original Iron Warrior chassis and converted it into the first Strait Jacket the following year.

In 2016, Strait Jacket was shelved as Kevin began running Fluffy.

In 2017, King would compete in the FS1 east series.

In 2019, Kevin briefly drove Monster Mutt for Team Scream, as Fluffy was being used for a movie shoot.

In 2021, Kevin sold the Strait Jacket chassis to Eddie Como.

In 2022, he drove TNT Conversions in Australia.

In 2023, Kevin drove Holeshot for Triple B Motorsports.

In 2024, Kevin debuted Wildfire at the Red, White & Vroom event.

In 2025, he was going to drive Moonshine Madness in Perth, Australia, but the truck didn't compete because it had mechanical issues. King would ultimately end up driving Bush Ranger in the freestyle event. In July, he would drive Sykotic at the Red, White & Vroom event.
