Jeff Bainter (Born December 22nd, 1962) is a monster truck owner and driver out of Yakima, Washington. He is best known for driving High Voltage and Captain USA (formerly named Captain America).
Career[]
In 1985, Jeff built and began driving Hot Stuff.
In 1989, Jeff built High Voltage. He would hire Debbie Rhoden to drive Hot Stuff as he moved to driving High Voltage.
In 1998, Jeff debuted Captain America, which ran under that name until 2004, where the truck was re-named to Captain USA as to avoid potential copyright issues with the name and Marvel character of the same name.
In 2017, Jeff was inducted into the International Monster Truck Hall of Fame.
