Intimidator was a 1977 Ford F-250 monster truck owned & driven by Tim Greenfield out of Dubuque, Iowa. It started life under the name Predator 4x4, but was later changed to Intimidator. It was one of the first handful of trucks to have a toy deal, being made by ERTL.
In 1991, the truck was sold and it became Detonator. Rodney Tweedy would purchase the truck and it would become Captain USA (Ride Truck). When Rodney started working for Shafer, he took ownership and it became the Carolina Crusher (Ride Truck), which resided in storage for years until it was purchased by James Trantina III.
