Hercules was a 1997 Chevrolet monster truck originally owned by Scott Hess but sold to Tim Tesmer out of Avon, Ohio.
Hess sold the truck after starting to run his version of the Bear Foot stage 2 racer. Teasmer would create a tube-frame chassis in the early 1990's. The truck became Carolina Crusher in 1994. Tim would still run the Hercules name on a few occasions until 1998. It was sold to Bart Maimone and it became Gate Keeper. The chassis would eventually become Maximus in 2023.
