Grave Digger 8 is a Chevrolet monster truck debuted by Team Digger and Dennis Anderson in 1992. The truck was very similar to Grave Digger 7, which had debuted earlier the same year, combining the square frame rail of Grave Digger 3 and the upper half and cradle of Grave Digger 7. It was most famously driven by Robert Parker for several years in the 1990's, with Charlie Pauken driving it as well until early 2000, in which he would be replaced by Rod Schmidt and finally Scott Pontbriand, who drove the truck until its retirement in 2003. Dennis Anderson drove it on rare occasions, such as the final Seattle show of 1999 where he did an encore freestyle. Norm Miller also drove the truck in Tacoma, WA in 2001, in which he had been instructed to roll the truck over at every show that weekend. The truck was also briefly driven by Gary "BabaBooey" Dell'Abate of the Howard Stern Show during the 1999 Uniondale event, in which Gary drove over a row of cars before exiting the truck. It was the first Grave Digger to be used for the Grave Digger Block Party in the summer of 2000. It was also the first Grave Digger to appear in Europe, being driven by Charlie Pauken in France in 2001. On top of that, it was the final Grave Digger to run a body that was painted by Fred Bauman, which the truck sported from late 1999 to early 2000, where it was destroyed in Uniondale. It was put on display at Digger's Dungeon in 2005, and was restored in 2019 to be used in Monster Jam Thunder Alley.
