Grave Digger 15 was a Chevrolet panel van truck driven by Charlie Pauken from 2002-2009 and was the first of two Racesource chassis Grave Diggers, the second being Grave Digger 16.

It sported the Grave Digger 20th Anniversary as a back up truck for Monster Jam World Finals 3, where it was used in the encore driven by Charlie Pauken. It was driven by Dennis Anderson on a few occasions, one of them being at the final Houston Astrodome show in 2002, where he wrecked the truck during racing.

In 2003, the truck was involved in a violent mid-air collision with Ron Nelson's High Roller during a race in Yakima, WA. No footage of the wreck has been shared publicly.

By 2009, it was retired and put on display at Digger's Dungeon after the former Batman chassis was converted into Grave Digger 22. It has since been removed from display. Grave Digger 15 and Pastrana 199 also did an exhibition run for Nitro Circus.
