Jersey Outlaw was a 1988 Ford F-150 monster truck owned by Nick Rossi and was primarily driven by Mike Wine. The truck primarily competed in TNT Motorsports events.

History[]

In 1988, the first Jersey Outlaw debuts at a TNT event in Charleston, West Virginia with Nick Rossi driving. He would drive the truck in a couple of TNT events in Charleston and Montgomery. Kevin Dabney drives the truck in Pontiac. Mike Wine would begin driving by the end of the year.

In 1989, Wine began driving full time. Bob Breen drives the truck in Weedsport, New York on day 2, after Wine was injured on day 1.

In 1990, a second Jersey Outlaw debuts.

In 1991, Nick Rossi drives the truck at the PENDA event in Indianapolis. Wine wins the third show in Philadelphia.

In 1992, Rossi drives in Indianapolis and made USHRA appearances in Houston and Anaheim.

In 1993, a third Jersey Outlaw debuts.

In 1994, Rossi drives the truck in Tupelo.

In 1996, Wine retires from driving and began crewing for Tony Farrell. Rossi drives the truck in Wildwood.

In 2011, Michael Harper revived the name and began running it as simply “Outlaw”. The truck still runs today.

In 2020, the first Jersey Outlaw chassis was sold on RacingJunk.

In 2022, Wine ran a throwback to Jersey Outlaw at the TNT Motorsports: Unfinished Business event.
