Mark Hall (born September 8th, 1969) is a monster truck owner and driver out of Champaign, Illinois who is best known for owning & driving the monster trucks Raminator and Executioner. His teammate trucks are Rammunition & Hotsy. Hall has more championships than any other driver in monster truck history with a total of 23. His brother Tim is the team's crew chief.

History[]

In 1991, Mark and his brother Tim formed Hall Brothers racing and began with the tank Heavy Metal. Later that year, they built Big Boss, a leaf spring '86 Ford monster truck. Both vehicles were sponsored by Kyosho. It wouldn't be until 1993, that Hall would unveil the iconic Executioner truck, after a short stint in 1992 running USA-1 on the new chassis.

In 2001, Hall won his first championship with Family Events, the beginning of a dominating grip on the series that has extended to this day.

In 2002, with a sponsorship by Dodge, Mark unveiled the Raminator truck, his most successful machine and most well-known, including several team trucks. Hall would continue his dominating success and in 2014 set a speed record in a monster truck in Austin, Texas going at 99 mph. He held the record until 2020.

In 2021, Mark and his brother Tim Hall were inducted into the International Monster Truck Hall of Fame.

In 2022, he competed on the central arena tour & did a few shows on the east arena tour, as that tour had a rotational lineup of trucks throughout the year. In Newark New Jersey, the truck burst into flames luckily Mark was fine. He finished 7th on Arena Tour Central.

In 2023, Mark drives Raminator on Arena Tour 1 (West) & finished 7th.

In 2024, Mark and the truck will compete on the east arena tour.

  • Record holder for fastest speed in a monster truck (99 MPH). Later beaten by Bryce Kenny in 2020, then Joe Sylvester in 2022.
  • International Monster Truck Hall of Fame inductee Class of 2021.
