El Toro Loco (Team Throttle) is a version of the FELD Motorsports owned El Toro Loco that was run under Team Throttle Monster and was driven by Devin Winfield on his Velociraptor chassis. Devin would run the name exclusively in the summer of 2025 for the inaugural Freestyle Mania series, where he would finish fourth in the standings out of eight.
