Dalton Clay Millican (September 29th, 1992-August 13th, 2015) was an American ATV and monster truck driver out of Drummonds, Tennessee. He was the son of famous IHRA driver Clay Millican, and drove Blue Thunder in the 2015 More Monster Jam Tour.

Career[]

Dalton began driving Blue Thunder in December of 2014 at the age of 22.

In 2015, Dalton competed in the inaugural More Monster Jam series, where he would finish 4th with a score of 27 points. In March, he was invited to the 2015 Young Guns Shootout, although he did not compete in it due to him suffering mechanical issues. On June 28th, he would unknowingly compete in his final event in last show in Brussels, Belgium.

Death[]

On August 13th, 2015, Dalton was killed in a single-rider motorcycle crash in Tennessee, after he rode his motorcycle too quickly around a corner and collided with a tree. CPR was performed on scene, but attempts to save him were unsuccessful. His body was later cremated, and Monster Jam gave his family his banner from the #MoreMonsterJam Tour. He would be replaced by Swedish driver Alx Danielsson for a show in Stockholm.

In 2016, Tyler Menninga would take his place in Blue Thunder.
