Dallas Glenn-Rogers is the driver and owner of Crash Test Dummy and the lead announcer for the Malicious Monster Truck Insanity Tour out of Port Orchard, Washington. He has also driven Spitfire, Fired Up, Identity Theft, Reverse Racer, Stealth, Willy Crash, and California Kid.
History[]
Prior to becoming a monster truck driver/announcer, Dallas worked at a grocery store. Dallas would talk as an announcer whenever he had the chance of speaking on the store intercom. This lead to Dallas Studying radio broadcasting in college. At shows Dallas helped at, people including Mike Welch, would recommended Dallas to announce monster truck shows. Dallas eventually agreed to announcing and would soon find himself announcing at various shows.
Dallas started his driving career driving ride trucks for Bill Payne. He later started helping out Kelvin Ramer and Living the Dream Racing. His first time in a race truck was at a display. At another display, Dallas had to drive a truck across a parking lot to another display, while following Kelvin. At the parking lot, he learned how to drive a race truck and use the rear steer. His made his competition debut driving Fired Up in Eureka in 2012.
In 2014, Dallas would start building his own truck.
In 2020, Crash Test Dummy would finish being built and would shortly debut after.
