Cynthia Gauthier (Born June 25th, 1988) is a Canadian monster truck driver out of Mirabel, Québec, Canada. Cynthia lived in Florida & now lives in New York. She has been competing since 2015 driving Monster Mutt Dalmatian and debuting Lucas Stabilizer, and also competes in the Canadian Pro Women's Tour. She is the 2019 World Finals high jump champion. She has her own YouTube channel, which is simply her name. Cynthia was also a former motocross rider. She also has an accounting degree & a welding certificate.

Career[]

Gauthier was part of the Bad Habit team in 2013 and 2014 as both crew member, and also as being in a relationship with driver Joe Sylvester.

In 2014, Gauthier tested with FELD Motorsports to be a driver, and she was slated to drive Monster Mutt Dalmatian for the 2015 season.

In 2015, Gauthier got invited to the 4th Young Guns Shootout in 2015. She drove El Toro Loco in Manila, Philippines.

In 2016, Gauthier drove Monster Mutt Dalmatian in the Monster Jam AMSOIL Series West and was eventually invited to the 5th Young Guns Shootout. She also drove Monster Mutt that year.

In 2017, Gauthier drove Monster Mutt Dalmatian in the Monster Jam Triple Threat West Tour. She drove Monster Mutt in Lyon, France.

In 2018, Gauthier filled in for Brianna Mahon driving Whiplash in Glendale and Houston. That same year, she made her first appearance at the World Finals driving Monster Mutt.

In 2019, Gauthier ran on Stadium Championship Series 1, driving Monster Mutt Dalmatian Ice. She finished 7th. She was invited to her second World Finals, driving Monster Mutt Dalmatian Ice. She competed in racing & freestyle and the first high jump world championship. She would become the high jump champion by leaping 45.472 feet into the air. She became the second female to win a World title and became the second Canadian to win a world title, behind Cam McQueen in 2012.

In 2021, Gauthier drove Monster Mutt Dalmatian Galaxy. At the Arlington event, she did a backflip, but over rotated & the truck spun around on the nose before she saved it. In October, she was supposed to drive Northern Nightmare in Hamilton, Ontario after Cam McQueen tested positive for COVID-19, but the event was cancelled.

In 2022, Gauthier debuted the new Lucas Oil Stabilizer on Stadium Tour Red & finished 8th. For the International tour, she returned to driving Monster Mutt Dalmatian. In Melbourne Australia show 1, she was the first to do a backflip & land it. It was the first backflip in Australia in 3 years. She also competed in Tampere, Finland & Arnhem.

In 2023, Gauthier drove Lucas Stabilizer on the blue stadium tour. She wins the first two freestyles in San Diego. She would finish 5th in the final standings. Cynthia would later be invited to World Finals 22.

Gauthier was originally scheduled to run on the east stadium tour in 2024, but announced her pregnancy. Linsey Read drove Lucas Stabilizer in her place, including at World Finals 23. Cynthia made an appearance at Syracuse & was seen on the live stream on YouTube. Until June 2024, Gauthier was on hiatus. Her baby was born in March. She made her return to Monster Jam in East Rutherford in June. She later appeared on Inside Monster Jam to talk about her return.

In 2025, she competed on the East stadium tour & finished 7th. She also gets a new blue firesuit. At Indianapolis show 1, she got her first career stadium racing win. Cynthia is invited to compete at the World Finals. She will drive Thor on the Australian tour.
