Cliff Vowell is a monster truck driver out of Fairfax, Virginia. He is the driver of Virginia Giant since 2019 and owner of the truck since 2021.

In 2019, Vowell began driving Virginia Giant after Diehl Wilson retired and sold it to Gilbert Motorsports.
In 2021, Vowell purchased the truck from Gilbert Motorsports.
In 2023, Vowell would debut the original body on the truck.
