Bryan Wright (Born March 12th, 1974) is a monster truck driver out of Grandy, North Carolina. He is most noteworthy for driving Hooked.
Career[]
In 2011, Bryan drove Stone Crusher. His biggest accomplishment however would come from neither of these trucks. In Wildwood, New Jersey on Sunday, he drove Mopar Magic. He drove the truck again in Hampton, Virginia.
In 2012, Bryan drove Monster Magic.
In 2013, Bryan moved to Hooked, when Steven Sims couldn't compete while under Steve Sims.
In 2014, Bryan would win the King of the Beach in Virginia Beach while driving Walking Tall.
In 2015, Bryan would go behind the wheel of Backwards Bob, as well as Ryan Huffaker, son of Pablo Huffaker.
In 2016, Bryan returned driving Hooked in the second Fox Sports 1 Series. He would finish 11th.
In 2017, he finished 9th on his stadium tour.
In 2018, Bryan would pilot El Toro Loco in the first quarter & finish 10th on his stadium tour. That summer, he returned to Hooked, which he would drive until mid 2021, where he would be replaced by Shane Phreed.
In 2019, Bryan got his first career stadium racing win in Detroit over Ryan Anderson in Son Uva Digger. He would finish 9th on his stadium tour.
In 2020, he finished 12th during the shortened season when covid-19 cancelled the remaining shows.
In 2022, Bryan returned to drive Hooked in Plattsburg, New York.
In 2023, he drives Stone Crusher for the Monsters 'N' Mega's shows in West Lebanon, New York.
