• As mentioned above, Mike Hawkins would become the first ever driver to win both the Racing and Freestyle competitions at this event, and would do so again the following year.
• This would be the final Monster Truck Bash event without Monster Trucks Unlimited, as the team would return the following year, and would continue to run with the show until 2024.
